More clarity about metabolism needs to be provided.
Some say calories aren’t the main factor in weight.
Others swear by “Calories in = Calories out.”
The truth? It’s in between. Calories matter for weight, but quality counts too. More protein can keep you fuller, reducing snacking.
Traditional dieting: cut calories, lose weight, repeat.
But we’re changing that. We don’t want you eating 800 calories daily and struggling to leave bed later.

Your first week of the program should be a slow start, and you’ll spend some time preparing your first habit and starting as easily as possible.
Aim to achieve the habit six days a week, with one day of rest each week.
Note: If you miss multiple days, that’s OK; keep going and pick up where you left off – we’re not on a deadline.

There is much value in the actual act of recording what you eat. It’s a behavior that takes seconds to minutes a day, but each time you pull out your app or diary, you remind yourself of your healthy living desires and strategies.
